About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property, including showing units, processing applications, managing paperwork, handling resident concerns, and supporting retention initiatives. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; conduct tours and close leases. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on prospects within 24 hours. • Complete all leasing paperwork, conduct lease audits, and manage unit turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data to meet and exceed leasing goals. • Assist in implementing the annual marketing plan and conduct weekly market surveys. • Promote the property by maintaining thorough product knowledge of competition and market conditions. • Handle resident complaints, concerns, and service requests to ensure satisfaction. • Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

Benefits
The position offers an hourly rate of $16.50–$17.00, a comprehensive total‑rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, commissions, performance bonuses, paid sick days and holidays.
