About the Role

The Regional Colleague Experience Lead – EMEA will operate within the Workplace Experience Center of Excellence, creating regional colleague experience strategies that align with global vision while addressing local priorities across diverse markets. Key responsibilities include shaping program strategy with operational teams, developing analytical frameworks and elevated experiences, and leading implementation through journey mapping, satisfaction surveys, and human‑centered design. The role also involves building partnerships, designing adaptable frameworks, providing thought leadership, and establishing governance and performance reporting mechanisms. • Create regional colleague experience strategies aligned with global outlook and local priorities. • Shape and guide Colleague Experience program strategy across EMEA in partnership with operational teams. • Develop analytical frameworks and design elevated experiences to enhance end‑user satisfaction. • Lead journey mapping, satisfaction surveys, and human‑centered design initiatives. • Cultivate partnerships with business partners and client groups to align stakeholders. • Design adaptable frameworks for diverse EMEA markets while balancing global and local needs. • Provide thought leadership using insights and industry trends to inform recommendations. • Establish governance, reporting mechanisms, and share best practices across the region. • Foster inclusive communities by designing engagement models for business resource groups. • Manage client relationships, facilitate feedback forums, and ensure regulatory compliance. • Utilize data analytics for service enhancement, adhering to GDPR and local data protection laws. • Travel up to 10% of the time to client sites across EMEA to maintain key relationships.
