About the Role

Accountable for the planning function across defined portfolios, ensuring effective planning, scheduling and monitoring of projects and tenders, and driving consistent deployment of planning and project controls procedures across complex projects and business units. • Manage planning delivery across assignments and business areas, aligned to strategic objectives and performance goals. • Influence negotiations, governance and long‑term functional strategy with integrity and commercial rigour. • Develop and retain high‑performing, inclusive teams through mentoring, talent development and collaboration. • Plan and schedule delivery across medium to high complexity projects, programmes and portfolios. • Provide expert project controls, Earned Value Management and data‑driven analysis to influence complex requirements and corrective actions. • Manage, inspire and develop planning teams through performance management, coaching and technical leadership. • Support senior management in negotiations, business development and net zero carbon delivery. • Safety first – Going home safe and well: champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, emphasizing wellbeing. • Create opportunity – For our people to excel: champion a continuous improvement culture, inspiring people and teams to develop.
