About the Role

The Staff Contracts Administrator oversees the entire contract life cycle from inception to completion, ensuring full compliance throughout. This remote position manages contract administration for U.S. Federal Government and DoD contracts. • Negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, proposals, cost strategies, and contract modifications while providing contractual support to government clients. • Review solicitations for risks and develop compliance and pricing strategies. • Advise on risk issues, proposal strategies, and client relationship management. • Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate contract values, funding, deadlines, and financial requirements. • Maintain a centralized file and documentation system for all contract materials.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience. • U.S. citizenship required. • Minimum five years of experience in federal government and DoD contract administration. • Strong understanding of contract principles, regulations, and broad application of practices. • Experience drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and administering contracts, including change management for U.S. government agencies. • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other agency supplemental regulations. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. • Ability to pass background check and pre‑hire drug test.
