About the Role

• Drive and support participation in commercial energy programs. • Provide administrative oversight for multiple utility partner programs. • Develop relationships with weatherization contractors serving small‑business customers in utility‑sponsored incentive programs. • Support sales projects by coordinating with weatherization installation contractors and key stakeholders. • Recruit new contractors and support the existing contractor network in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. • Train and work with the contractor network to expand Willdan’s utility weatherization programs. • Collaborate directly with utilities to develop program offerings. • Build and maintain relationships with utility clients, architects, engineers, contractors, non‑profit and public officials. • Work with Trade Allies on energy‑efficiency initiatives in the Northeast or similar markets. • Travel throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire to meet Trade Allies and small‑business customers.

Willdan Energy Company (WECO), a subsidiary of Willdan Group, Inc., is seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Account Manager. • Leverage background in energy efficiency and weatherization opportunities. • Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 5+ years of experience. • Possess knowledge of energy efficiency and applicable state policies. • Understand sustainable building practices and technologies. • Demonstrate experience on successful energy‑efficiency programs, especially for small businesses. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). • Complete OSHA 30‑hour training within the first three months of employment.
