About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is tasked with implementing the leasing and marketing program, promoting a positive image of the apartment community, and assisting management with resident programs and retention. • Tour the community and help prospective residents find their next home • Process lease applications and prepare lease documents • Plan and attend resident events and functions • Collect and secure rental payments • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities • Maintain an acceptable closing ratio according to property expectations
