About the Role
A Driver‑CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, provides courteous waste removal services, ensures the vehicle meets the company’s safety standards, follows all applicable regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, operating the truck and compactor along assigned routes, interacting professionally with customers and dispatchers, tagging unsatisfactory containers, cleaning accidental spills, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and completing route, productivity, and condition reports while adhering to safety and productivity standards. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections • Operate truck and compactor to collect waste along assigned routes • Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and crew • Tag and report unsatisfactory waste containers • Clean accidental spills following safety protocols • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness • Complete daily route sheets, productivity logs, and vehicle condition reports • Participate in the company’s ReSOP safety program

What You Bring
Required qualifications are a Class B (or higher) commercial driver’s license with an air‑brake endorsement, preferably two years of commercial truck experience, strong customer‑service skills, effective time management, and a commitment to safety and company policies. • Hold a Class B CDL with air‑brake endorsement (preferred 2+ years commercial driving experience)
