About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead New Jersey transportation projects for clients including NJDOT and county agencies. The role will manage a portfolio of projects, expand market share, and oversee sustainability, resiliency, and renewable‑energy initiatives. The position reports to the DCS Transportation group and is based remotely in Piscataway, NJ. • Manage a portfolio of NJ transportation projects and grow AECOM’s market share. • Lead sustainability, resiliency, and renewable‑energy planning efforts. • Develop and execute marketing strategies and prepare high‑quality proposals. • Supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure contract deliverables, and represent AECOM in client meetings. • Create comprehensive project scopes, work plans, and schedules; oversee technical, financial, and schedule performance. • Review and approve all contract documents to ensure strict compliance before client submission. • Identify potential budget and schedule risks and devise contingency plans. • Drive innovation in design and delivery methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.

What You Bring
• Minimum qualifications: BA/BS and 10 + years relevant experience; NJ Professional Engineering license. • Preferred qualifications: expertise in NJDOT capital project delivery process and standards; involvement in professional organizations.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $250,000 annually. Sponsorship for U.S. work authorization and relocation assistance are not available.
