About the Role
The Procurement Automation Manager, based in Maidenhead (hybrid), will lead the digital transformation of the UK Procurement function. The role focuses on implementing AI and RPA solutions to automate manual tasks across Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract processes, enabling buyers to concentrate on strategic initiatives and cost optimisation. The position will design and deliver automation across S2C and P2P workflows, create AI‑driven dashboards, redesign processes for seamless ERP integration, partner with finance, IT and procurement teams for adoption and training, embed compliance controls, and champion emerging technologies for continual improvement. • Design and implement automation solutions for Source‑to‑Contract and Procure‑to‑Pay workflows. • Build AI‑powered dashboards delivering real‑time spend, supplier performance and compliance insights. • Redesign procurement processes to maximise automation and ensure ERP/e‑procurement integration. • Collaborate with procurement, finance and IT teams to drive tool adoption and provide end‑user training. • Embed compliance controls and use AI to detect anomalies and mitigate risks. • Monitor emerging technologies and lead pilot projects to enhance automation capabilities.

What You Bring
Candidates need advanced expertise in process automation, AI or digital transformation, preferably within procurement or supply chain, hands‑on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism, and solid understanding of P2P and S2C processes.
