About the Role

In this role the operator ensures safe operation of machinery, configures and calibrates equipment, monitors material quality throughout production, maintains tooling, troubleshoots equipment and quality issues, records production data, assists with maintenance, and contributes to continuous‑improvement efforts while performing additional duties as assigned. • Observe all safety and lockout/tagout procedures while operating equipment. • Set up and calibrate high‑speed production equipment with robotic elements. • Inspect materials for quality issues before, during, and after runs. • Record and report quality deficiencies to supervisors or quality department. • Maintain tooling and required tools for job completion. • Diagnose equipment and quality issues to minimize scrap and delays. • Perform housekeeping to keep work areas clean and safe. • Complete production, changeover, and scrap reports. • Assist maintenance with equipment repairs and preventive maintenance. • Participate in continuous improvement programs. • Move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles for sustained support. • Remain stationary for extended periods; lift up to 60 lb; stand 10–12 hours per shift. • Climb, bend, stoop, push, and pull as required.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or related industrial experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, write, and keep production records in English. They must be proficient with basic math and measuring tools, capable of operating forklifts and cranes, detail‑oriented, able to work independently, and committed to regular attendance and safety compliance. Physical demands include sustained lifting, standing for long periods, repetitive motion, and the ability to lift up to 60 lb. • Manufacturing or related industrial experience (preferred). • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). • Ability to read and write English and maintain production records. • Proficiency in basic math and use of measuring devices such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. • Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other required equipment. • Detail‑oriented, capable of independent work and reliable attendance. • Perform constant movement, repetitive limb use requiring dexterity and stamina.
