About the Role
The Property Manager, Multifamily is responsible for maintaining communities to a market‑ready standard while ensuring a high level of service and motivating high‑performing teams to maximize property performance. Key duties include overseeing all aspects of property operations—maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits—while providing superior customer service to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. The role involves completing lease and renewal paperwork to company standards, tracking advertising effectiveness, and managing prospect traffic. It also requires developing, mentoring, and leading a cohesive on‑site team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management functions to maximize engagement and minimize turnover. • Oversee property operations including maintenance, capital improvements, leasing, budgeting, collections, and marketing. • Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction, renewals, and revenue. • Complete lease and renewal paperwork in compliance with company standards. • Track advertising performance and manage prospect traffic. • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high‑performing on‑site team. • Develop and execute creative marketing programs to drive occupancy and revenue. • Supervise day‑to‑day team activities ensuring adherence to Cushman & Wakefield policies. • Manage community budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. • Resolve resident conflicts promptly to maintain a positive living environment. • Collaborate with leasing staff to achieve leasing and marketing goals.

What You Bring
Competencies include effective communication, strong customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools, general office, bookkeeping, and sales skills, as well as the ability to set goals, supervise daily operations, and ensure compliance with Cushman & Wakefield policies. Preferred qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree and a Real Estate license, with a minimum of three years of property management experience and three years of management experience. The position operates in a professional office environment, requires regular use of standard office equipment, and entails up to 15% travel. • Require minimum 3 + years property management and management experience; Bachelor’s degree and Real Estate license preferred. • Ability to travel up to 15% and meet physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting 25 lb.

Benefits
