About the Role
• Lead and supervise NYC bridge design team on Northeast projects. • Recruit, develop staff and manage team utilization. • Produce engineering plans, drawings, specifications and construction documents. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet scope, budget and schedule. • Perform quality‑control reviews of computations, designs and drawings. • Develop project scopes, cost estimates, schedules and budgets. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

What You Bring
Our New York City office is seeking a Senior Project Manager specialized in bridge design to lead complex, high‑profile transportation infrastructure projects across the Northeast. You will guide a diverse structural design team, recruit and develop talent, and oversee all phases from concept through final design, ensuring scope, budget and schedule alignment. • Hold a civil engineering degree and 8+ years of bridge design/project‑management experience. • New York PE license preferred. • Experience with NY Department of Transportation standards and procedures. • Proficient in Bentley Open Bridge; familiar with Open Roads, AutoCAD, Civil 3D. • Strong people‑management and communication skills. • Hybrid work model requiring minimum three days in‑office.
