About the Role

The Manufacturing Excellence Leader will develop and project‑manage global manufacturing initiatives, including new site set‑ups, and will define improvements and standards that drive consistent performance, safety, quality and productivity across the network. • Lead planning and execution of new site set‑ups and develop lower‑cost solutions • Define and maintain global manufacturing standards across all plants • Create centralized knowledge bases and playbooks; establish standardized job roles, RACI matrices and span‑of‑control guidelines • Implement consistent cost‑allocation methods for direct and indirect manufacturing costs • Partner with Finance to harmonise costing, variance analysis and productivity tracking • Deliver effective stakeholder management, communication and change‑leadership • Work flexible hours, adjusting daily schedule to maximise productivity • Provide life‑insurance and disability programmes

What You Bring

• Hold an engineering or related degree • Possess extensive multi‑site manufacturing leadership experience, including greenfield, brownfield and new‑site setups • Demonstrate proven success establishing standards and governance across manufacturing networks • Show strong financial acumen in cost allocation, product costing and variance analysis • Exhibit Lean/Six Sigma capability, preferably Black Belt level • Utilize ERP systems, manufacturing analytics and have familiarity with PLCs/SCADA/OT cybersecurity
