About the Role
As an Estimation Engineer specializing in Fire Protection, you will support consultants, PMC, EPC, and end users by providing budgetary proposals during the FEED stage. You will handle tender files, conduct site surveys, attend bid‑clarification meetings, review tender documents, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders. Your expertise in cost estimation, vendor management, and proposal preparation will help deliver competitive bids that meet project requirements. You will maintain and organize tender‑related files, quotations, and documents, and generate comprehensive site survey reports. By analyzing supplier quotations, you will estimate costs for materials, engineering, labor, and project management, collaborating with internal departments to determine related costs and terms. You will ensure all approvals are obtained, support the DOA approval process, prepare risk registers, allocate costs, and submit structured proposals. Participation in technical and commercial negotiations, organizing handovers to the Operations team, attending kickoff meetings, and adhering to quality, health, safety, and environmental guidelines are also required. • Provide budgetary proposals for fire protection projects during the FEED stage. • Manage tender documents, conduct site surveys, and attend bid‑clarification meetings. • Analyze supplier quotations and estimate costs for materials, engineering, labor, and project management. • Coordinate with sub‑vendors, internal departments, and ensure compliance with company policies. • Prepare risk registers, allocate costs, and compile structured proposals for approval. • Participate in technical and commercial negotiations and hand over projects to Operations. • Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

What You Bring
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in fire protection systems. Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, local codes, ADNOC requirements, and oil & gas industry practices is essential. Proficiency with AutoCAD and the MS Office suite is expected, along with strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, a customer‑focused mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3‑5 years fire protection experience. • Possess strong knowledge of NFPA standards, local codes, ADNOC requirements, and oil & gas practices. • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite; strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
