About the Role
The position is responsible for end‑to‑end supply chain functions including forecasting, SIOP planning, production scheduling, logistics, inventory management, materials replenishment, and overall supply‑chain strategy such as supplier on‑time delivery, localization and consolidation across multiple manufacturing sites. It ensures alignment of these activities with key business and operating factors to drive performance and meet critical business needs. The role partners closely with IBP and senior business leaders to develop and deploy SCM strategies, coordinate activities across sites and divisions, and standardize processes to realize synergies. It also supports Enterprise Business Solutions initiatives, including SCM‑related pull projects and continuous improvement programs. • Develop and deploy SCM strategy with IBP leadership across multiple sites • Manage internal supplier relationships to improve quality, delivery, and inventory performance • Standardize processes across divisions to achieve synergies and best‑practice sharing • Support EBS pull projects and continuous improvement initiatives • Drive inventory management tools, SIOP, sourcing, and supplier resource strategies • Oversee supply chain elements of new product introductions (ProLaunch) and global gate reviews • Build organizational capability through training, coaching, and succession planning

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or business (MBA and APICS/CPIM preferred), eight or more years of supply‑chain experience, at least three years of people or project leadership, and two years of ERP usage such as SAP or MAPICS. Professional certifications such as Lean Greenbelt/Black Belt are also expected. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical skills in SAP MRP, just‑in‑time, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Kanban and vendor‑managed inventory, and can influence cross‑functional teams to execute tools for inventory management, sourcing, and supplier resource optimization. Additional responsibilities include supporting new‑product introductions, building talent through training and coaching, and contributing to long‑term succession planning. • 8+ years of supply chain experience covering forecasting, SIOP, logistics, and inventory management • Minimum 3 years of people management or project leadership • At least 2 years of ERP experience (SAP, MAPICS, etc.) • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, APICS/CPIM, and Lean Greenbelt/Black Belt preferred • Proven expertise in SAP MRP, JIT, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Kanban, and VMI
