Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include storage unit inspections, cash drawer audits, bank deposits, and making payment reminder or collection calls. The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to walk around facilities, spending up to 50 % of the time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Responsibilities also involve cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris. • Assess customers' storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory availability. • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits each day. • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and walk around facilities, spending up to 50 % of time outdoors. • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds.
