The Data Scientist role calls for an innovative, results‑driven professional with a proven track record and portfolio. The candidate will partner independently with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for predictive modeling, applying statistical analysis and machine learning to generate valuable insights. Successful candidates will possess advanced education in data science or a related field and demonstrate strong programming, statistical, and communication skills, enabling them to translate complex concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences. • Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role with project details. • Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience in libraries/frameworks such as pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. • Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets. • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques. • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, or seaborn. • Excellent problem‑solving skills and business acumen. • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines. • Background in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning. • Experience in a specific domain (finance, healthcare, e‑commerce, etc.) is a plus. • Effective at cross‑functional/cross‑cultural teamwork. • Responsive to operational needs and sense of urgency. • Discretion when dealing with confidential information. • Available to work on US time zone or mixed.
