About the Role
• Apply paint, varnish, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, removing old coatings, and repairing cracks and holes. • Identify appropriate paint materials for substrates such as plaster, wood, brick, and metal. • Follow all safety and project regulations and perform additional duties as needed.

What You Bring
The role involves demonstrating knowledge and skills in applying protective coatings to various surfaces. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 years or older, possess strong manual dexterity, and be able to judge colors accurately. They should have working knowledge of application techniques, proper tool care, and safe handling of paint, solvents, and adhesives, and be physically capable of working long periods with arms raised overhead. • Match and mix colors accurately.
