About the Role

The Regional Engagement Specialist supports employee engagement and alignment by developing, executing, and evaluating strategic internal communications programs for nuclear organizations, acting as a key advisor to site leadership and contributing to critical employee notification and engagement initiatives. • Develop, execute, and evaluate strategic internal communications programs to support employee engagement in fleet/department goals, business plan initiatives, teaching/learning topics, plant investments, and Employee Resource Groups. • Create and deliver internal communications for major initiatives such as refueling outages, INPO evaluations, and training reaccreditation. • Advise leadership on strategic messaging and produce high‑quality communications across multiple mediums. • Assist in developing communication products like All Hands meetings, Weekly Alignment Packages, digital displays, and Monday Morning Memos. • Support Government Affairs with employee engagement in policy initiatives. • Perform additional assignments as directed, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and outage support outside the department. • Maintain required access level or unescorted access requirements and pass a favorable medical examination or testing per federal regulations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience, or Associate degree with 10 years, or High School diploma with 12 years of related experience. • Prior experience with Constellation/Exelon is preferred. • Experience in communications or journalism is preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge of the energy industry is preferred. • Familiarity with technologies such as Panopto, digital work tools, and enterprise social networks/platforms is preferred.
