About the Role
The bartender contributes to the overall member experience by providing high‑quality beverage service and maintaining a welcoming bar environment. • Mix and serve drinks directly or through waitstaff • Greet guests and members promptly, using names when possible • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas • Follow precise cocktail and syrup recipes using house‑made ingredients • Accurately process transactions in the POS system and issue checks • Recommend beverage pairings and provide wine suggestions from the club list • Respond quickly to guest needs with a sense of urgency • Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts over eight hours • Perform physical tasks such as standing for more than four hours and lifting items up to 50 lb

What You Bring
The seasonal Bartender position is based at Discovery Land Company’s Hamptons locations – Dune Deck Beach Club in Westhampton Beach, NY, and The Hills in East Quogue, NY, under the employer of record DLV Hamptons Management LLC. The role runs from April 20, 2026 through October 7, 2026, with H‑2B visa sponsorship available for in‑country extensions. • Craft and serve cocktails, introducing new ideas to management • Provide at least 12 months front‑of‑house experience in high‑volume venues • Communicate effectively in English and demonstrate professional demeanor • Maintain a positive attitude, teamwork, and composure during busy periods
