About the Role

The BIM Solution Manager will drive standardization and digital integration across engineering teams, improving efficiency, reducing rework, and enhancing data quality throughout the BIM lifecycle. The role involves defining BIM standards for GPQSS, documenting common processes, and leading a global BIM team. • Lead the standardization of BIM for GPQSS and publish governance, workflows, standards, and processes. • Collaborate with the Revit team, BIM teams, Autodesk (training and Construction Cloud releases), and global IT to support BIM initiatives. • Lead BIM communities and key user groups, providing expertise and mentorship to drive continuous improvement. • Introduce innovation, cost‑saving ideas, and value‑added solutions to engineering processes and tools. • Track and maintain BIM performance KPIs and ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.

What You Bring

Qualified candidates must hold at least an associate degree in engineering, drafting or CAD, preferably with BIM certifications, and possess experience with BIM methodologies and technical writing. Strong self‑motivation, the ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in spoken and written English are required.
