Lead engineering & architecture for classified IC systems, overseeing design and code.

About the Role
• Conduct user research with cross‑functional teams and translate insights into design solutions. • Partner with stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver intuitive software. • Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code adhering to best practices. • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and planning sessions. • Troubleshoot and resolve production and development technical issues. • Optimize system performance, scalability, and security continuously. • Integrate solutions with internal and third‑party systems. • Build tools that enhance operational efficiency, workflows, and customer‑facing functions. • Apply C2C or C2E methodologies to deliver technical solutions (3+ years). • Develop using AngularJS, JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS and work with relational/NoSQL databases.

What You Bring
• Maintain active TS/SCI++ clearance and possess a relevant bachelor’s degree with AWS certification. • Bring 10+ years of architecture/engineering experience in the IC, including 6+ years on classified systems. • Utilize Agile tools such as Jira or Confluence; hold a master’s degree (desired).
