About the Role
• Deliver efficient valet and bell check‑in/check‑out services and coordinate activities with other departments. • Resolve owner and guest concerns to ensure satisfaction. • Audit parking fee collections and provide special services to owners and guests. • Manage personnel functions including hiring, orientation, training, performance reviews, discipline, scheduling, payroll and recognition. • Foster a positive work environment and mentor staff to develop management talent. • Promote team member empowerment, enforce performance, uniform and appearance standards, and monitor payroll hours.

What You Bring
