About the Role

In this senior role the Associate Managing Director II will manage a regional team, develop business plans, target pursuits, and oversee a variety of projects, organizational structures, and processes. The position offers ownership opportunities as a management‑owned private entity to drive overall performance and recognition. Key responsibilities include building and coordinating staff, executing market‑focus activities, generating new revenue, and expanding existing streams. The role requires maintaining client satisfaction, tracking leads, forecasting pipelines, and crafting winning strategies while collaborating with practice area directors on staffing and cross‑selling services. What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience), 15+ years of market design expertise, and at least five years of management and P&L experience. Required qualifications include thorough knowledge of MEP systems, a PE registration (highly desired), and a proven record of business development generating $1‑1.5 million in annual revenue. Candidates must be effective communicators, capable of independent and team work, flexible to travel across the East Coast and occasional international sites, and possess strong organization and relationship‑building skills. • Require 15+ years of market design experience and 5+ years of management experience. • Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). • PE registration highly desired.
