About the Role
The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and welcoming atmosphere of the clubhouse and surrounding areas. This position ensures that community standards are upheld and that residents have a positive experience while utilizing the clubhouse and pool facilities. • Monitor the clubhouse and pool areas to ensure resident compliance with community rules. • Replenish paper products and supplies in restrooms as needed. • Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping glass doors, cleaning minor spills, and maintaining overall tidiness. • Assist with setup and cleanup for resident or community events. • Maintain organized filing systems and records. • Issue vehicle stickers, access fobs, and other community identification materials to residents.

Benefits
The role is part‑time, working on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am‑1 pm or 1 pm‑9 pm, with one weekend off each month. The position offers a pay rate of $15 per hour.
