About the Role
The Landscape Inspector role involves supervising hard‑ and soft‑scape projects such as parks, playgrounds, and water features. The incumbent will ensure work is performed according to contract specifications and project requirements. In this position you will oversee inspections, documentation, and coordination with sub‑consultants while supporting safety and quality control initiatives. You will also respond to emergency callbacks and contribute to non‑conformance resolution. • Conduct inspections to confirm work aligns with contract specifications, covering demolition, road and bridge construction, drainage, traffic control, and related activities. • Capture daily project photographs, organize files, and prepare daily reports, diaries, and other required documentation. • Verify that only approved materials are used and collect certificates of compliance, Safety Data Sheets, and inspection tags. • Report installed quantities to support payment applications and change‑order work. • Coordinate subconsultants for surveying, material testing, and other specialized services. • Assist in developing job safety practices, quality‑control procedures, and related reports. • Respond to emergency callbacks, document non‑conformances, and help determine appropriate resolutions. • Provide technical guidance to lower‑level inspectors and may administer welder qualification tests. • Perform all tasks safely, maintaining public safety awareness.

What You Bring
Parsons seeks candidates with appropriate technical education and relevant field experience, emphasizing safety training and local residency preferences. • Require 5+ years of field experience, a diploma or associate degree in a technical discipline (bachelor’s preferred), OSHA safety training, and preferably Abu Dhabi residency.
