About the Role

The Mechanical Engineer will oversee daily mechanical work on project sites, ensuring that designs are accurately implemented. Responsibilities include managing the setup, testing and start-up of systems such as HVAC, piping, chillers and fire-fighting equipment, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, and reporting status. The role also requires compliance with technical standards, safety regulations and coordination with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders. • Oversee daily mechanical work on site, translating designs into reality • Manage setup, testing and commissioning of HVAC, piping, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and fire‑fighting systems • Track project progress, timelines and budgets; report status regularly • Verify installations meet technical drawings, standards and safety regulations • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders • Produce and maintain quality documentation, reports and as‑built drawings • Apply design codes NBC 2016, ASHRAE and NFPA fire standards on site • Use AutoCAD for electrical design tasks • Enforce compliance with all regulatory and safety standards • Implement HSE protocols and conduct risk assessments • Conduct site audits and ensure proper PPE usage

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and bring six to eight years of experience in MEP mechanical construction. A strong background in applying design codes, using AutoCAD and enforcing HSE protocols is essential. • Hold a Mechanical Engineering degree • Possess 6–8 years of MEP mechanical construction experience
