About the Role

The Office Manager will ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Singapore office, providing facilities that support a professional environment and fostering a collaborative team culture. This dynamic role blends operational excellence, people engagement, and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced setting. • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience. • Oversee leases, OH&S compliance, office maintenance, cleaning, furniture, IT, telephone facilities, and company vehicles. • Maintain Business Management System certification and ensure compliance. • Manage office communications, supplies, hot‑desk bookings, catering, events, and travel arrangements. • Coordinate procurement of ICT hardware, software, networks and oversee support services and online systems. • Administer office expenditures, banking processes, and related financial reporting. • Support HR functions including onboarding, departures, and training facilitation. • Provide administrative assistance to project teams as needed. • Maintain calendars for core activities such as invoicing, timesheet cut‑off, and key meetings (Town Hall, B2B, YPF).

What You Bring

• Possess 2–5 years’ experience in administrative or office management roles. • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. • Exhibit strong organizational and time‑management skills with effective prioritization. • Act as a proactive self‑starter with excellent problem‑solving abilities. • Communicate effectively with outstanding interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a solid technical aptitude.
