About the Role
The Customer Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners and association members, handling inquiries and issues through phone, email, and in‑person interactions. The role involves assessing needs, providing troubleshooting, resolving billing and technical problems, and supporting general office tasks such as printing and faxing. • Serve as first point of contact for customers visiting the office. • Update homeowner and association information in C3 and shared files. • Resolve customer issues using conflict‑resolution techniques. • Address billing inquiries and coordinate resolutions with customers. • Provide product and technical support, including troubleshooting assistance. • Assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions. • Perform general office tasks such as printing, scanning, and faxing. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all duties. • Keep workspaces organized, monitor supplies, and assist with stocking. • Partner with community managers, vendors, peers, and clients. • Follow company policies, procedures, and forms. • Prioritize workload, manage time, and meet deadlines. • Operate standard office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems). • Deliver professional customer service.
