About the Role
As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the site management team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, assisting with vendor coordination, and facilitating communication among staff, vendors, and clients on site. • Schedule and coordinate vendor activities and site inspections. • Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, service requests, and site activities. • Prepare basic reports on site operations and vendor performance. • Respond to routine inquiries from staff, vendors, and clients. • Support implementation of site procedures, protocols, and operational manuals. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Coordinate site meetings and prepare relevant materials.

What You Bring
The role is based on‑site in Indianapolis, IN, and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • 0‑2 years of experience in administrative or operational support. • Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and time‑management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, with excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to prioritize tasks and provide basic customer service. • Preferred: experience in facilities or property management, vendor management, building operations, data entry, health and safety practices, and scheduling software.
