• Build professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project parties • Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies • Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting through project completion • Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver project KPIs, cost control and value engineering • Manage contract changes effectively while maintaining governance and best practice • Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy • Provide commercial knowledge and support to stakeholders • Negotiate and agree final accounts • Manage commissions as needed

What You Bring
Turner & Townsend is seeking personable, enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join the contract and cost management team supporting UK infrastructure growth. The role is Senior Cost Manager within the UK Infrastructure business, working on a variety of client and internal projects and initiatives. • Excellent communication skills • Experience with contract management (NEC3 preferred) • Change management and change control expertise • Cost management proficiency • Valuation and estimating abilities • Procurement and pricing knowledge • Reporting and governance processing experience • Collaborative approach and project‑focused attitude • Line management experience • Commission management experience • Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
