Assist with AI/low-code workflows, copilot prototyping, and data prep for enterprise AI.

About the Role
• Build and iterate no/low-code AI workflows (e.g., intake-to-resolution automations, knowledge/Q&A experiences, summarization, classification). • Support Azure AI Foundry, AWS, or Gemini experimentation on approved dev platforms, including prompting, evaluations, and safety/governance checks. • Create and maintain prompt libraries, reusable components, and lightweight documentation. • Assist with data preparation for AI use cases (profiling, transformations, labeling/ground-truth support). • Conduct quality checks, build simple test sets, compare outputs, and capture failure modes. • Develop dashboards and reports on usage, outcomes, and adoption where telemetry is available. • Work with foundation models within governed enterprise development platforms.

What You Bring
The Data & AI Intern will join the Corporate IT Team, working closely with a talented tech group on applied AI delivery and enablement across no-code/low-code platforms, copilots, and cloud AI services. The internship offers hands-on experience with analytics automation, AI copilots, prompt and workflow prototyping, and governed experimentation with foundation models. Interns will learn enterprise AI governance basics, how copilots are designed and tested, and how to responsibly ship AI-enabled workflows in a large organization. The role emphasizes curiosity, asking questions, and taking advantage of mentorship from industry experts. Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent and be enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program. Preferred qualifications include strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with GenAI concepts, exposure to no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Copilot Studio), cloud AI services (Azure, GCP, AWS), proficiency in at least one programming language, and basic knowledge of databases or networking. • Prototype Copilot Studio experiences, testing and evaluating responses. • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to data, AI, or technology; high school diploma/GED required. • Strong problem-solving ability and passion for technology. • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as prompting, embeddings, RAG basics, and model limitations. • Exposure to no/low-code platforms (Power Platform, Copilot Studio) and cloud AI services (Azure, GCP, AWS). • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Angular, React, C#, C++). • Basic understanding of databases, cloud computing, or networking. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
