About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative – Ground Protection will lead efforts to grow market share for ground‑protection solutions across an assigned territory. In addition to sales activities, the role oversees the local profit center, ensuring safe, efficient and superior customer experiences in line with company policies. What You Bring

Candidates should have either a four‑year degree in a related field with at least one year of experience or three to four years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Key competencies include project management, new‑business development, customer retention, strong communication and negotiation skills, and solid computer proficiency. Familiarity with ground protection equipment and bilingual Spanish ability are considered valuable assets. • Hold a 4‑year degree with at least 1 year experience or 3‑4 years sales experience • Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet a clean driving record • Minimum age requirement: 21 years • Demonstrate strong project management, business development, and customer retention abilities • Proficient with standard computer applications • Preferred knowledge of ground protection and construction equipment • Spanish language skills are a plus in certain locations
