About the Role
The incumbent will manage relationships with distributor partners, proactively monitor project orders, and ensure customer satisfaction while supporting sales, engineering, and production teams. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic distributor partners. • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to provide consistent project updates. • Oversee end‑to‑end account and order management, driving proactive project execution. • Support new‑business growth strategies and meet KPI targets for response time and quality. • Track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and monitor project orders to ensure customer satisfaction. • Identify sales opportunities and recommend improvements to prevent recurring customer issues. • Leverage CRM software to solve complex problems and streamline processes. • Apply continuous‑improvement methods to enhance customer service procedures.

What You Bring
The position is for an experienced Customer Service professional who works independently to resolve complex inquiries, maintain databases, and recommend process improvements. The role can be based in Charlotte, NC; Syracuse, NY; or Indianapolis, IN. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of customer service experience in construction, and one year of continuous‑improvement experience. Preferred credentials include a bachelor’s degree, HVAC or light‑commercial experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office. • Minimum high school diploma/GED and 3+ years of construction industry customer service experience. • At least 1 year of continuous improvement experience. • Bachelor’s degree and HVAC/light‑commercial background preferred. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong problem‑solving, organization, and time‑management skills.
