• Lead field promoters in retail and event spaces to generate leads and increase local awareness. • Recruit, hire, train, coach and motivate a high‑performing promotional team. • Attend weekly management meetings to align on goals and strategies. • Deliver reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives. • Serve as the public face of Mad City, communicating confidently with customers.

What You Bring
• Hold a valid driver’s license and be available on weekends. • Possess experience in face‑to‑face marketing, canvassing or lead setting (preferred). • Demonstrated prior leadership and team‑building experience. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking and prioritization skills. • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend and reach for extended periods (6‑8+ hours) outdoors in varying weather.
