About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative role is a full‑time, W‑2 position focused on delivering interactive sales presentations at homeowners’ residences, setting and tracking individual sales targets, and negotiating contracts. Success requires a self‑motivated, results‑oriented attitude, the ability to work evening and weekend appointments, and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record. • Deliver interactive sales presentations to decision‑makers at their homes • Set individual sales targets and track progress • Report sales results regularly • Promote company products and services effectively • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts

What You Bring
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented mindset • Exceptional customer service skills • Availability for evening and weekend appointments • In‑home or B2C sales experience preferred • Experience in windows, doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car or HVAC sales a plus • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals • Work independently without close supervision • Valid driver’s license with proven safe driving record • iPad required for sales activities
