About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides professional recruiting services that align talent with Sundt’s strategic objectives and builds a pipeline of future leaders. Acting as a trusted advisor, the specialist partners with internal customers to design and execute acquisition strategies, source active and passive candidates, and ensure compliance with affirmative-action and federal guidelines. This role operates a full recruitment desk, delivering the right person for the right position at the right time. • Deliver professional talent acquisition services to place the right person in the right role at the right time. • Partner with internal customers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies. • Recruit professional employees to meet business objectives while ensuring compliance with the company's affirmative action and federal regulations. • Source qualified active and passive candidates using creative sourcing methods. • Build a diverse talent pipeline through continuous sourcing and recruiting. • Advise hiring managers on hiring processes, interview techniques, and best practices. • Provide high‑quality candidates and promote the Sundt brand across markets and professional communities. • Cultivate external relationships with industry organizations and vendors to develop referral networks and meet rapid hiring needs. • Sit, stand, walk short distances and occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, or feel objects. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull moderate‑weight items. • Must follow all safety standards and procedures.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5+ years of staff‑level and management recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting (or equivalent education/experience). • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and open positions simultaneously. • Experience managing candidate relationships using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools. • Demonstrated success implementing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools. • Human Capital Strategist and/or PHR certification preferred. • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. • Interact regularly with people, technology, and electronic communication tools.
