About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is central to JLL's hiring strategy in India, requiring a passion for talent and an innovative sourcing mindset. You will collaborate closely with the broader talent acquisition team and business leaders, ensuring clear understanding of diverse position requirements while maintaining a fast‑paced, can‑do attitude. • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interview logistics, assessments, compensation negotiation, offer release, post‑offer engagement, and onboarding. • Source candidates through external career sites, professional networking platforms, and internal talent mobility programs. • Maintain and publish talent acquisition dashboards, reports, and analytics. • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders for regular reviews, meetings, and effective hiring decisions. • Implement direct sourcing strategies to ensure an effective source of hire.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably with volume hiring, TA technology, and job‑board expertise. A graduation degree is required, with an MBA preferred, along with hands‑on knowledge of social media, LinkedIn, hiring drives, and reporting dashboards. • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in recruitment, including volume hiring and use of TA technology and job boards. • Hold a graduation degree; MBA preferred. • Hands‑on experience with social media recruiting, LinkedIn, hiring drives, and reporting dashboards.
