Cleaner, Part Time- 1st Shift

About the Role

The Cleaner will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor at C&W Services, performing a variety of custodial duties in accordance with the company's established standards, instructions, and procedures. Core responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors and other indoor surfaces, using both manual methods and commercial floor buffers; vacuuming and spot‑cleaning rugs; dusting and cleaning furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trims, light fixtures, and performing periodic high‑dusting; washing interior windows, glass doors, partitions, and specified windows; and cleaning interior walls when needed. The role also involves daily bathroom cleaning and restocking of supplies, monitoring and reporting maintenance issues such as clogged urinals or lights out, collecting and disposing of building trash, replacing liners, and sweeping or shoveling snow from entrances and walkways as directed. Additional periodic tasks may include leather and wood surface polishing, wall washing, and any other duties assigned by supervisors. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other indoor surfaces using manual methods and commercial floor buffers. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust and clean furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trims, light fixtures, and perform periodic high‑dusting. • Wash interior windows, glass doors, partitions, and specified windows; clean interior walls when needed. • Clean and restock bathrooms daily, including wiping glass, emptying waste baskets, servicing dispensers, and scrubbing floors. • Monitor and report maintenance issues such as clogged urinals or non‑functional lights. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal. • Sweep or shovel snow from entrances and walkways as required. • Perform periodic tasks such as leather and wood polishing, wall washing, and high‑dusting.

Benefits
