About the Role

In this role, you will welcome clients, present luxury vacation ownership products, maintain effective communication, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. What You Bring

The position requires using various communication channels—including email, telephone, virtual platforms, and written correspondence—to work with guests and owners, generate referral leads, promote a positive work environment, and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacations core values and policies while working well in a team. • Work effectively in a team environment • Valid Real Estate license or ability to obtain one • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) • Minimum one year of sales experience • Knowledge of resolving complex customer service issues • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • At least 6 months of timeshare/vacation ownership experience • High school diploma or equivalent; two years of high-end sales negotiation preferred • Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-end sales (preferred)
