About the Role

• Complete various manual labor tasks around the job site, including grading and asphalt work. • Provide directions to and take tickets from trucks and suppliers on the job site. • Operate heavy equipment such as a skid steer or backhoe as needed. • Perform daily pre‑ and post‑inspections with documentation per company policy. • Service and maintain equipment under management direction. • Communicate effectively and follow all company policies, OSHA/MSHA, and environmental regulations.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of construction experience (preferred) and dedication to safe work practices. • Reliable daily attendance and punctuality. • Ability to perform general labor and cleanup duties as directed. • Willingness to learn and be trained on new grading and asphalt equipment. • Ability to work overtime, extended hours, and in a team environment. • Successful pre‑employment drug screen and valid I‑9 documentation. • Clean motor vehicle record and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
