About the Role
• Perform manual labor tasks using shovels and hand tools. • Operate heavy equipment such as skid steer, backhoe, compacting roller, haul truck, or dozer as needed. • Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑inspections with proper documentation per company policies. • Service and maintain equipment as trained and directed by management. • Follow all company policies and MSHA/environmental safety regulations.

What You Bring
• Communicate effectively in the position. • Demonstrate experience operating heavy equipment (bobcat, skid steer, haul truck). • Work independently with self‑motivation and minimal supervision. • Learn quickly and understand basic safety and work instructions. • Be willing to work weekends and overtime as required. • Pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
