About the Role

• Facilitate daily recreational programs and activities for all age groups. • Prioritize and lead classes, special events, holiday programs, competitions, and mixers. • Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers and handouts to attract participants. • Assess program effectiveness and participation, proposing enhancements when needed. • Provide outstanding guest service by answering inquiries and resolving issues. • Communicate with groups using microphones in an entertainment capacity. • Operate audio‑visual equipment and apply knowledge of diverse recreation activities. • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

What You Bring
