About the Role
As a Kitchen Installer, you will install remodeling products following company standards, apply necessary finish work, and coordinate with management after each job to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment. You will also complete a carpentry checklist with the homeowner at the end of each installation. • Install home remodeling products to Mad City standards. • Apply finish work for each construction application. • Communicate with management after installations to ensure satisfaction and approve final payments. • Complete a carpentry job checklist with homeowners at project completion.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, including kitchen cabinet installation or refacing. A valid driver’s license with a clean record and strong communication and customer‑service skills are also required. • Minimum two years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience. • Experience installing or refacing kitchen cabinets. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. • Demonstrate strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
