About the Role
Supports Owners and drives sales. Re-engagement of Ownership utilization through the purchase and utilization of vacation packages that drive Bluegreen resort visits and sales tours. Sets the stage for success for our sales organization by exciting Owners and guests about their upcoming vacation experience and ensuring proper understanding of the Owner Review meeting and their obligation to attend. Adheres to department scripting expectations and all reservations fulfillment policies and procedures, including Owner and guest gifting parameters. Maintains minimum sales and conversion quotas. Supports special offers, projects and promotional campaigns as they arise, embracing change and innovation as ways to drive additional value for Owners and results for the organization. • Re-engage owners by selling vacation packages that promote Bluegreen resort visits and sales tours. • Excite owners and guests about upcoming vacations and ensure they understand Owner Review meeting obligations. • Follow department scripting, reservation fulfillment policies, and gifting parameters. • Accurately present package details and qualification questions while selling ethically. • Utilize outbound dialing technology and systems like Concierge and VSSA for call handling, sale completion, and documentation. • Achieve minimum sales and conversion quotas. • Support special offers, projects, and promotional campaigns, embracing change and innovation.
