About the Role

• Inspect and monitor MV/LV power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, earthing, bonding, lightning protection, cable containment, and ELV power provisions. • Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes; raise and close inspection requests and record non‑conformances. • Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems. • Coordinate on‑site with civil, mechanical, architectural, and ELV teams. • Prepare daily reports, checklists, and snag lists. • Ensure safe working practices for all electrical activities. • Maintain neat, concealed, operator‑compliant installations in guest rooms, public areas, back‑of‑house and external zones. • Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

What You Bring

Parsons is seeking a talented Site Inspector (Electrical/Infra) to provide day‑to‑day site supervision, inspection, and quality control on luxury hotel and resort projects. The role ensures work complies with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project standards, emphasizing guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. Experience with 5‑star hospitality projects is required. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. • Possess minimum 3 years of experience on large‑scale, 5‑star hospitality projects. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. • Know international procedures, design guides, LV distribution, lighting, earthing and basic ELV interfaces. • Use basic computer skills (MS Office; AutoCAD advantage).
