About the Role

The Surveyor will interface with clients and contractors to determine and verify survey requirements, complete surveying tasks on schedule and within budget, and check setting‑out, levels, and service locations to ensure protection. They will prepare sketches, maintain field books, and assist in the preparation of as‑built drawings while observing all site safety procedures. • Perform land/field surveys, geodetic calculations, and structural inspections. • Interface with clients and contractors to verify survey requirements. • Complete surveying tasks on schedule, within budget and man‑hour limits. • Check setting‑out, levels, and service locations to ensure protection. • Prepare sketches, maintain field books, and produce calculations. • Assist in creating as‑built drawings and measure work as required. • Follow site safety procedures and support health‑safety initiatives.

Parsons is seeking a talented Land Surveyor for locations in Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra. The role involves performing land and field surveys as well as geodetic inspections on project sites. Candidates must hold a BSc in Engineering and have at least five years of experience in infrastructure and dry utilities projects. Proficiency with CAD software, survey software, total stations, data collectors, and GPS equipment is required, along with a working knowledge of construction sequences and standard industry procedures. Experience with MCC is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills, logical thinking, and a commitment to safe work practices are essential.
