About the Role

• Assist with word processing for client proposals, fee estimates, scopes of services, forms, progress reports, and other documents • Produce plans, project manuals, and reports, handling copying, printing, binding, filing, and scanning • Compile meeting agendas, minutes, and miscellaneous documents • Manage Outlook calendars and schedule meetings and calls • Book travel arrangements and manage expense reports • Support monthly invoicing activities • Partner with other administrative staff and firm leaders • Handle reception duties: answer/direct calls, manage packages, and greet visitors • Order supplies and maintain production rooms, supply rooms, and common areas • Assist with event planning and coordination • Run occasional errands • Maintain confidentiality and anticipate needs while managing competing priorities

What You Bring

• Minimum 2+ years in a corporate/professional administrative role • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Professional, organized, client‑oriented, and deadline‑driven • Self‑starter comfortable with leaders traveling off‑site • Contract management and billing experience (preferred) • Graphics and PowerPoint skills (preferred)
