About the Role
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for effective organization and easy retrieval of information. Assist in the preparation and distribution of project‑related documents, reports, and correspondence. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports. Provide support to team members and management in day‑to‑day administrative tasks. Parsons is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Senior Admin in Doha, Qatar. In this role you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of office procedures and systems. Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in administrative support roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills. Computer literate with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in the Gulf region is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to administrative challenges. Positive and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
