About the Role
The Bilingual Facilities Services Coordinator supports BGIS clients by handling inbound service requests via phone, email and web, and creating work orders for internal and external service providers. The role requires fluent communication in English and either French or Spanish and is positioned within the Operations Centre that processes over 900,000 requests annually. • Learn client account details, service request systems, telephony, and BGIS policies. • Create and dispatch work orders to internal and external providers, informing Facility Managers. • Assess and assign priority levels to ensure timely request fulfillment. • Troubleshoot service issues and communicate with technicians, providers, landlords, and stakeholders. • Provide bilingual customer service in English‑French or English‑Spanish. • Participate in Operations Centre program initiatives. • Maintain confidentiality of client information and conduct work professionally. • Demonstrate Operations Centre capabilities to clients and prospective hires during live calls. • Train new team members as needed. • Operate in a 24/7/365 environment with rotating shifts (6 am–11 pm EST) and occasional overtime. • Deliver strong customer service and resolve issues through effective probing and problem‑solving. • Quickly learn new processes, tools, and apply them to job tasks.

What You Bring
Applicants must have at least a high‑school diploma plus a technical or business course, and up to one year of related experience. Strong customer‑service orientation, multitasking ability, and proficiency in computer tools are essential. • Be available for weekend and holiday work on a rotational basis. • Hold a high‑school diploma plus a technical or business course; up to one year of relevant experience. • Exhibit language proficiency in English and Spanish (or French) with clear written and verbal communication. • Possess basic knowledge of facilities/property management and maintenance operations. • Multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced, multi‑client setting while applying client‑specific processes. • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sustained concentration. • Show solid computer proficiency and keyboarding skills. • Exhibit personal leadership, commitment to continuous learning and development.
